HORA BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER
The hotel has event rooms for the community’s functions and celebrations. This way, it strengthens its urban village concept. Their name, Hora, speaks of their social role, to bring people closer. It also evokes our Romanian’s tradition of getting-together. The Sunday “Hora” is a moment of great importance in the life of the village. You can book the 3 meeting rooms separately or merge into one large events’ hall.
FLEXIBLE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
We strive to make the best of the available space for each room. That’s why we offer a variety of different seating arrangements. They are adapted to the nature of the event and determine the maximum capacity of each room. The most common are Theatre, U-shape, Boardroom, Classroom, Banquet or Cocktail. The rooms’ surface varies from 170 sq m to 36 sq m. Hora events room may host up to 130 participants, in the theatre setting. Three smaller rooms may host events of 20 to 65 people.
MODERN EQUIPMENT
Our rooms enjoy abundant natural light, through large windows. They enjoy great wifi connection and are equipped with video projector, projection screen and teleconferencing solution. Upon request, we may fit the room with sound system, podium, as well as professional lights.
